Looks can be deceiving when you don't take the time to notice the little things in life and this bike is no different. Lots of little things to improve performance. I met Chris while re newing our annual OC certification to carry the horrible substance while on patrol. Earlier that morning we passed each other on base both eyeballing one anothers bike. Luckily I ended up in the same place and was not too blind to notice after receiving a dose of vaporized habinero seed. Chris is pretty laid back, and knowledgeable in the local cafe scene. He also does pod casts for all the local guys and with major players around the country like Dime City Cycles. I asked him about his bonnie and he was more than happy mention some of the performance upgrades he has done since purchasing the bike. The rear was a bit springy and the front end had allot of shimmy action going on. Chris was able to score some ZX10 rear shocks and some springs out of an old CB550 to even out the front end and stabilize the ride. He did the intake and exhaust with some cocktail shakers, and tore off the ugly stock turn signals. Some of Chis's future plans are to punch out the cylinders and modified the EFI system to generate some more power and performance out of his clean little bonnie.
